The King Room in the West Wing was decent overall. The bed was comfy, which is a plus. However, some parts of the room felt a bit dated. It could use some refreshing, especially the pillows which were kinda worn. The vibe was okay, but nothing exceptional. It’s clean and the staff was friendly, so that helped a bit.

Great Location and Friendly Staff

I recently stayed for a night in a King Room West Wing and was impressed by the fantastic central location, making it easy to explore everything downtown. The staff were remarkably kind and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. However, the rooms could use some updates, particularly regarding amenities.

The location was a major highlight, providing easy access to downtown attractions. Enjoying the stunning views from the rooftop bar was a memorable experience. Unfortunately, the room was uncomfortably humid, impacting the comfort of our stay. The bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired, with dusty vents and stained floors. Additionally, the service at the bar was disappointing, with an unfriendly bartender barely accommodating our requests.

We had a great night's stay with a city view from the tower part of the hotel. The staff was particularly accommodating on our anniversary weekend, even upgrading our room without extra charge.

It wasn't inexpensive but still acceptable for what we got.

the king room was cozy with a coffee machine, microwave, and refrigerator. we enjoyed the hot tub and indoor swimming pool, making the stay relaxing. the fitness center was well-equipped, and the staff was very helpful. breakfast at Minerva’s was convenient, and the views of Traverse Bay were stunning!

The location and parking were very convenient. The staff were exceptional. a security member even helped with lighting in the pool area.

perfect spot for city strolls and park views

I loved the convenient 5-minute walk to Front Street where I discovered adorable shops and great restaurants. The nearby Duncan L Clinch Marina provided a beautiful park view, making my strolls so enjoyable. it was great to enjoy clean and comfortable accommodations after a fun-filled day exploring Traverse City, though housekeeping services could be improved for longer stays.

This hotel suits me perfectly! I love the free parking, 24-hour reception, and the indoor swimming pool. On my first stay, the staff brilliantly helped me find my lost ring. I highly recommend the restaurant's breakfast to start your day right. I'm coming back for a city break!
